Returns & Refund Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged books caused by customers
- Digital products (if applicable)
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
